Our Returns Policy
ou may return most items sold by our company within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if
the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective,
or incorrect item, please refer to Problem with an Order.
We will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
Any book that has obvious signs of use.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Returning Items Purchased from Other Sellers
Our company's merchant items cannot be returned to our company. They must be returned to the merchant in accordance with the merchant's
own return policy. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact the merchant directly.

Reviewing & Changing Your Orders
You may track your purchase with the referral shipping number once the purchase confirmation has been emailed.
You can also make changes to orders from brandy@elementsfour.com or customer service 888-995-6442 that have not yet
entered the shipping process.
Please note: Whenever you make a change to an order, such as modifying the shipping options, address, or items, our system
re-evaluates our inventory to determine the best fulfillment plan for you
r order given the new information. Therefore, any
changes you make may affect the estimated delivery date for your order.
Due to the volume of packages we ship each day, it is impossible to locate and make changes to any package once it has entered
the shipping process.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
Please contact customer service at brandy@elementsfour.com or 888-995-6442. As soon as we receive the defective item, we will
replace it with free shipping.
Are you missing or did you receive the wrong item?
Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already
in stock at different fulfillment centers, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing
slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally
authorized.

Our company cannot accept returns of items purchased from our company's Merchants. Items that are picked up at a store or shipped directly
by the merchant must be returned to the merchant according to their return guidelines.
Refund Policy
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by our company. Items that are picked up at a store or shipped directly by a merchant must be returned to the merchant. If you returned a gift you received, see below for more information about your refund.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Items purchased over the web will issue credit on-line directly to your account less the shipping.
How Refunds Are Calculated
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:
If you printed a postage-paid return mailing label from our Web site or used a pre-paid label or call tag sent by Customer Service, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our error.
Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund.
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:
- Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
- Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply.
Gift Refunds
If you return an item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you from our company, you'll receive a refund for the
value of your return with a credit on the purchase, which can be used toward future purchases at our company.
The refund will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about your
return.)
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or was not shipped directly to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and
he or she will find out about your return. To determine if an item was designated as a gift, check the bottom of the packing slip that came
with the shipment for words that say either "We hope you enjoy this gift" or "This shipment represents part of your gift."
